The First Amendment means nothing
Everything I said about Christian obscurantists goes double for Muslims. The difference is that the Federal Government is, at the end, against Christianity. As for Islam -
America has ways around that First Amendment. I've highlit the important part:
We also understand that, for 235 years, freedom of expression has been a universal right at the core of our democracy. So we are focused on promoting interfaith education and collaboration, enforcing antidiscrimination laws, protecting the rights of all people to worship as they choose, and to use some old-fashioned techniques of peer pressure and shaming, so that people don’t feel that they have the support to do what we abhor.
You have the right to free speech - as long as you don't have a job and are sitting on a pile of money the Feds don't know about. Otherwise, if you say something politically incorrect, someone will sue your employer. And the Feds will side against you.
This is how "lawfare" works. We had a dry-run not so long ago. Clinton and, by extension, Obama have let it be known that they side with any Muslim who claims "discrimination" by our words, online or off.
